2100 miles in 3 days
This week I drove the 2003 ZX3 from los angeles to chicago, it's 2100 miles. I split it into three days as I had no copilot. Averaged 30 mpg with the AC on and cruise set at 75-80, car has a 2.3 pzev and automatic. Only mechanical trouble was a burned out brake light bulb. It was HOT out, over 100° most of the trip. First road trip with the focus, only complaint is after 8hrs the seat is not the most comfortable.

Just did a similar trip. LA to Carlisle, PA in 4 days.
I don't think there are many seats that are comfy past 10 hours, it really didn't help that I was in this exact seat the whole time:  How long are you in Chicago before you come back?

My 2005 focus is the first car I've had that the gas in the tank outlasts my bladder!! I can get over 450 miles per tank,but my urge to empty my bladder comes sooner then that!
 love this car's gas mileage.

33-35 highway depending on terrain and how heavy my foot is. But my car also has a 14 gallon tank,which I think is bigger then the earlier year focuses(foci?).

Delaware to Vegas in 36 hours.... 23mpg lol Averaged 70mph for the 2537 Miles...
I did about (some speed) mph thru 3 states.. (a different speed) mph for 150miles thru Utah and Nevada Gas Miles Suffered..
