Fan control broken... HELP?

So I made a post on here a few weeks ago about my fan control being stuck on defrost and not changing. The switch itself that you touch does move freely but does not change anything. One day, I was trying to switch my fan off of defrost and I must've turned too hard because I just felt/heard a snap and then it just moved freely and only blew through the defrost vents.

So, today I took apart that panel and checked out the switch and I honestly think I'm screwed, because it looks really rough.. If there is any possible way to fix it though, I think this is the best website to find out. Any help is greatly appreciated, I just really want A/C and heat to blow at me instead of at my windows... lol. Thanks to anyone for taking the time to read.
