yeah we took a piece of wood to them and bent them a little. we have to go take the C-F-M power steering hose cut a little shorter and crimped and then run the hose.

Ask for a 6 rib serp belt in the length you need. 103.5" is a little hard to find.

so after getting the 103" inch belt. we were still having trouble and measured the pulleys i have a blue pulley that i bought part of a new BBK and it measures the same size as the black one we took off the supercharger. Any thoughts i am thinking i have the wrong pulley so we are going to be putting the black one back on. What PSI should i be getting with the regular pulley

I think the pulley that come with the kit is 5psi (?) The blue one should give you around 10psi.

well here we are so far went back to the regular pulley will have to find a 2.5 inch now

hopefully will be wrapping up tomorrow and tuning once the rest of the exhaust is in and the gauges are wired. I am really disappointed about the blue pulley not being the BBK 2.5 pulley does any one know where to find one???

I hit the Blue pulley with a digital caliber and this is what i got. This is the measurement of the inside of the top of the pulley ridges diameter

and this is the overall outside of the pulley diameter.

The problem is the black pulley is the exact same size we put on the 104.5 inch belt which is made for the 3" inch pulley and it fit perfect. We tried putting the 103" inch belt on this and it did not work. any thoughts i need some help!

So both pulleys measure the exact same? BBK belt is a 103.5" not a 103". Try a 103.5" belt with the blue pulley.
