Hi Guys,

Just wondering if somebody know the torque specs on 4 bolts on throttle body. I search the forum and I can't maybe just unlucky and I check my Haynes Manual and did not indicate only EGR valve.

Thanks.

Im sure there is a torque spec but it will be in in/lbs. Anything in/lbs is hand tight plus a little extra.

You're basically squeezing the rubber gasket. Once you hit solid plastic to plastic there is no more squeezing to be done. Any heavy amount of overtighten similar to a normal metal part simply cracks it like the thermostat housings do so commonly. People just don't understand plastic parts................
