Good Price for '12the Focus Ti?

Looking at a '12 Focus Ti with leather for $23,XXX before taxes. Good deal or can I get a lower price? I am already approved with my bank for up to $35,000 but will not be spending that much.

Actually when you start to build an ST it starts at $23,700 but some options I personally would need would be in the mid upgrade package (better stereo, better seats ) which pushes the total for my ideal ST to about $27000.

We looked at Mazdas also since I really like my mom's '09 3 but i wanted the Speed3 variety but that wasn't in our budget. I think the Mazda is a more upscale car in the touring edition and it's not a first model year car so some of the bugs are worked out.

If $25k would have been my wife and I's price range there would have been several cars factored in but for under $20k the Focus was a good deal and well equipped for just an SE with the sport package.

I'd need more information (zip code, MSRP of vehicle) to tell you but for example we have a 401A hatch with winter pkg, moonroof, navi that has MSRP of $26,950 that could be sold for $23,700 before taxes with rebates.

Purchased it for $23,500 before taxes. About $26,000 after taxes and fees. Upgraded from a 07 Ford Escape. Surprisingly the Focus fits a double stroller and that's the main reason we bought it instead of the Mazda3. That and the Mazda was really bland. Had to make a little modification and remove the sub in the back to fit the stroller in, but I'm thinking of doing a stealth mod and concealing the sub under the cargo liner. But so far the system is working without the sub and everything is awesome. Definitely do not regret making the purchase!
