Pic taken during oil change. Would probably get a "normal operation" from dealer though.

I have the same leak on mine, noticed it at 4K miles when I was doing the first oil change. Took it to the dealership and they said it was assembly lube seeping out. At the time, simply said okay and that I would keep an eye on the oil level to make sure its not oil. While I have not noticed any major loss of oil, it is still seeping out and I have almost 30K miles on my car in about a year. Thinking maybe its time to have them revisit this issue and fix it before 36K miles. =)

The dealership ended up replacing the rear seal on mine. In the paperwork, it said they performed a die test to confirm it was indeed an oil leak. It took them a week to get the part in, but at least they fixed it. I have not yet had time to get underneath the car and verify the repair, but am hoping to sometime in the near future.
