SVT tranny linkage adjustment

Dose anyone have a step by step intstrutions on how to adjust svt focus tranny linkage. I drained my fluid 2 months ago and filled with mc fluid, but my tranny still feels notchy, do you think its the linkage? bad mount? bad clutch? bad tranny? when i shift it dosent go in to gear right away and feels very very notchy. it feels like every time i shift im wrecking my transmission. NOTE:sometimes the shifts will be smooth. its easier to shift when i make high revs then go to gear

it irritates me to hell! I tried removing the C-weight, but i didnt like it. Im not shure if it has enough fluid, when the cars on a even surface and i remove the fill plug, the fluid oozes out. should i change the fluid again?

befor i get flamed, I did search for a how to but couldnt find it.

1 unlock (push) each cables orange locking clip- tranny end
2 center shifter- have someone hold it in center of both axis
3 Make sure each shifter lever is in the center location. push push up and down
4 Push the locking clips in item 1 to the locked position.
