New Member, New Owner

Hello all,
Guess I'm the NEWB here, just bought a 2012 Titanium Hatchback yesterday and will pick it up on Saturday.
I have put nearly 500K miles on a couple of 4 banger Rangers over the last 12 years.
But they foolishly stopped making them and since I always wanted a Focus since I saw my first ZX3 and I no longer need the cargo capacity.
I finally got the Focus I wanted, and here's a couple of pics of the car I bought in the dealers lot.

A Titanium hatchback with Sony sound system and a 5 speed, so the wife can't figure out how to drive it. :)
She can drive her pinball machine on chrome wheels (2012 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid).

No problem, I also ride a Vivid Black and chrome Harley, so I'm well acquainted with the trials of keeping black things clean.

I have a bad feeling that I may come to regret getting those wheels this winter.
I'm used to driving a Ranger pickup with a geared LS in the rear axle and the kind of tall thin heavy tread tires that handle snow without complaint.
I have a bad feeling that those fat little tires are not going to be quite so forgiving when the snow flakes fly.
I am already looking around for a second set of smaller narrower rims & taller thinner tires for the winter.

Good idea, the Michelin Pilot Sport 3s are a summer only tire and would need to be swapped out in the winter anyhow.

Interesting in your last picture there is the image of a Ranger reflected in the glass.
