Bank Robber Carjacks Ford Focus, Leads Police On High Speed Chase
Happened just today near where I live. One of the local news stations caught the action on video from the air.

There's two videos stitched together with a small gap in between. Be sure and watch the second half where the bank robber attempts to steal another car and then the police move in and capture him.

It looked to be an SE Sport based on the wheels shown on the car in the video, not an SEL or Titanium which would have had it either as an option or standard.

There is no "chrome" trim on the doors, so yes, it is a SE model and it has a WP (winter package) because of the turn-signals on the mirrors.

It does appear to be a SE Sport. Thats gonna be a crazy story for the owner to tell one day. I commend the 2 civilians for slowing this guy up so the police could get to him and preventing the situation from getting worse. He didn't have a chance with that bird overhead.

That was hilarious. At least he didn't nail the FoFo on something. It also took the corners a lil tighter than the fuzz on some of the chase. :D

I'm half-surprised when he got out of the car he didn't turn around and oogle it a bit and go "Hmm, guess I know what I'm spending this money on later!"
