Poor mans ST exhaust, what you think?

Let me just say... This thing sounds fn awesome! When I tell you its the best sounding 4 banger I have ever heard, Im not joking. It sounds like a boxer engine, no joke. Sounds like my friends wrx without the blow off after the shift. It turned out better than I could have ever hoped for just removing a muffler and welding on some pipe/tip. I also give myself props for the bumper cut out, turned out like a boss. My exhaust guy thought I was lieing about it, thought it was a hitch panel or something I took out.
I'm not posting a sound clip or video, you have heard it before with better equipment than I have. JUST DO IT! You will not regret it.

I think that that actually turned out pretty nice! You must have taken some pretty good measurements, I can't really find a flaw in these pics and it looks really centered/level. Aspect ratio is great imho.

The big question...how does it sound?

Sounds AWESOME! Not joking at all, not very loud, doesn't pop or crackle. When I tell you it sounds like a wrx without the turbo blowoff at shift I speak the truth. Low and mean sounding. Both my girls fell asleep all the way home earlier in it. So its doesn't drone much at all.

Thanks guys, I would love to say I worked on this for hours but I would be lieing. I cut the bumper in about 45 mins in the rain after work yesterday and me and my exhaust guy threw it together in like an hour between two oil changes in the bay next to mine lol.

I wouldn't mind something similar since at the moment I'm more into the aesthetics of the rearend and your mod looks a bit cheaper than doing a full exhaust right now.

Very nice adaption of the lunchbox delete. I know it sounds good, I drove like that for maybe 7 months before doing the full exhaust. Good work looks great
