help! svt focus lobing/miss firing?

To start out I have a 2003 svt focus with intake and a off-road pipe. I have never had problems with the car always been a great car. So recently I was driving in traffic and Rpms dropped with a check engine light, so I hit the gas to keep them up and it went away. But now it lobs all the time but idle is 800-900 with is what it has always been. So I have cleaned maff cleans and regapped spark plugs fixed a hose that had a leak that was under the throttle body and as I did all that I seen the dsi clip was broke so I have replaced that. Turn car on amd it still lobes. Also I have no check engine light.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
