2013 Shaking

Hi All,

Newbie here but I need some advice. I bought a 2013 Certified Pre-Owned hatchback Saturday (38k miles). During the test drive it was shaking slightly during idle, but the salesperson said it was normal so I didn't think anything of it. Today on my drive to work (it was a 20 minute commute on the highway), I noticed the passenger seat was shaking. I flipped down the sun visor and it was shaking very noticeably as well. This was all happening at around 75 -80 mph.

I have a 3 day / 300 mile return policy. Should I return the vehicle? Is this something that can't be fixed or should I get the dealership to try to correct the issue? I found some other posts about similar issues being very hard to resolve. Any and all help and comments would be appreciated. I love everything else about the car, this is my second focus but I can't have this thing shaking like that.

Definitely call the dealership and have them take a look at it. I bought my '09 earlier this year and it had a squeaking noise when driving and then a bad speaker almost a month later and both were fixed without a penny out of my pocket.

It could very well just be one of the wheel weights fell off and the tire is unbalanced.

What ended up happening with this whole situation? Did they fix it for you?
