My first H2oi experience

This was my first year going down to H2oi in Ocean City Maryland and it was incredible! If you've never been before I highly recommend it. More slammed cars then normal cars was the most shocking thing. Everywhere you go there were cars dumped to the ground. I brought my focus down and was surprised to see about 5 other modified foci there. If you were down there let me know, I might of seen you. It was a great time and would like to see some more mid atlantic focuses down there. Maybe we can meet up next year and cruise down together! It was alot of cars beers and women. aka the perfect weekend haha. Here are a few pictures I took. I also saw my first 2013 focus st down there! This blue focus svt was so clean and beautiful.

My first H2oi as well. I was looking everywhere for Focus's and couldnt find any modded ones. Saw a few locals in stock ones and that blue ST. Nothing else while cruising around though.

I didnt feel like driving from Ohio by myself, so I flew out. My friend lives in the DC area, so we drove up to H2oi from there in his M3. Lots of sweet cars for sure. I havent uploaded most of mine yet but I'll post back here when I get those online.

This is the car i was driven around in all weekend, just getting some last minute cleaning in before we hit the road on Friday:

Steamboat is mine! Glad to see someone snapped a pic of it cause I only got one lol I saw you rolling Saturday night, I oogah'd my horn and took a double take at ur svt!

Thank you! Spatakula built it and I preserve it! That horn is one of my favorite things about my car, so many good laughs and scares! I was rollin Sunday on the strip but headed out early, about 1:15, to avoid Dover traffic. Your svt looked good on the streets, glad to see it!

So for the uninitiated person like me... I thought this was a water-cooled VW event? Did they just give up and start letting everything else in? Or has it always been that way?

the main show is on Sunday and its only for the VAG's, aka Volkswagon Audi Group but lots of other nice cars show up and have get togethers all weekend.
for the most part, its a mutual admiration thing and everyone seems to get along. Lots of sweet cars just cruising all over the city. We had made some friends and hung out with vw/audi people in our motel friday night. pretty much was one big party inside and outside of our motel.
