Still loud, but now Im used to it, so doesnt seem loud to me anymore. Still have not had anyone call it "rice"

did you notice any gains in mpg with the fswerks intake?

No difference either way as far as I can rememmber, though I onloy had the car for about a month before I put the intake in. When I am traveling 70 on the high way with cruise control on, I get 40 mpg, and around town I am getting 26.

Mpg will go up if anything on this one guys, but I don't know that anyone's actually done measurements by hand. The trip computer cannot provide accurate results.

Hello I am just looking into getting back into a Focus. Do they have a MAF sensor? If the intake doesn't change the MAF and uses the stock one I would think it wouldn't affect things too much.

Unless from the factory the car is extremely leaned out already to get the best MPG it can. Then it might be risky.

I know on my Evo they are really rich from the factory so an intake leaning them out a little is no big deal. The problem with those is when you buy an intake that changes the MAF. Then it reeks havoc on the ecu.

It depends on the laws surrounding the warranty in Canada. In the U.S. it would not void the warranty unless it can be proven to have caused an issue with the engine, however if there is an electrical, transmission, suspension, or other flaw with the vehicle the warranty should not be affected.

I don't think a ford racing part would void a warranty , isn't fsworks ford racing ?
