That's my buddy Tobyboom, don't know if he's on this board or not.
That engine was fully built - crower rods, JE 10.5:1 pistons, fully worked head with bigger valves, port and polish, crower springs and retainers, crower stage 2 cams. Ford racing intake mani, and the normal bolt ons. I believe he was running either a 75 or 100 shot on that run.
