Stumbled upon this and had to post. Let the comment wars begin. I personally, am not experiencing any problems, but that is just me.

I have one or two rattles right out of the box that I can point out, but it's all stereo related and to be expected. Add a pretty powerful stereo to any car and door panel rattles like I have are just there. This is with the Sony 10 speaker system, and only seems to be the passenger rear door at certain frequencies.

I'll probably dynamat the doors and panels sometime in the future, but for now, I just turn up the radio or endure for the offending track. It seems to be a very limited frequency range issue.

No squeeks, no rattles, no hissing, no wailing, no jiggling, no squishes nor squashes, no boinks, no bongs, no flapping here. I do love my black hatch, I do love it all!

It's a shame that incompetent dealership greasemonkeys and factory rats get to screw up the engineers' good work.

There are so many rattles in my 2012 Focus that I have to wonder if this video is nothing but PR BS.

For the owners that are having the front end clunking issues, wouldn't it be great if Ford would "Go Further" and test those owners cars in these testing facilities. Seems to me these testers have the right equipment to be able to source what the root cause of the clunking.
Also for those that seem to have multiple rattle issues etc. to invite a bunch of these people to this testing facility and test real owners used cars. Now that would be some
good feeling customer service.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure they'd be able to "DUPLICATE" or "REPLICATE" the problem then.
