Any adapter that is steel or stainless steel and is the thread size M22 x 1.5 w/ 30 flair should work. That link fits the bill. You will want to check on minimum orders and lead times.

My guess is you want the 9236-22-22... assuming the 22 is referring to the metric thread size.

So can anyone confirm that I'll be able to use my stock Zetec EGR tube?

Yes you can use the stock tube as long as you mock up the header to make sure that the bung gets welded in so that it lines up with the stock location. I had to bend mine slightly to make it fit.

Yeah Itll thread in no problem, but you might have to bend your egr tube a bit.
I also had to bend mine since the garage welded my bung a little off set. Easy fix though had some heat and bend :)

I had this done just 2 months ago, as long as the placement is correct it shouldnt be too hard to fit the tube onto the end of the bung. As far as getting the bung its not very hard, just go to the junk yard, find a Mk1 and take the bung out of that. Might take a little bit of effort but they just thread right out.

Only thing I can add is that I wish my weld looks as clean as the ones in the pics above, the shop I went to did a solid but ugly weld ;\

The problem with trying to find them is that most Junk yards pull the CATS (or at least they do here in Utah) and the bung is "on" the CAT pipe.
