yea you will need that, the one I bought is a -6 return. The one you posted says its a -10. may want to find one that's a -6 and run a -8 feed line

even close to 400 probably needs a return to be safe. Return set up requires a new fuel rail, a fuel hat to accept the return line, a fuel pressure regulator, and new lines. Your feed line goes to the fuel rail, the other end of the fuel rail goes to the fuel pressure regulator, and the return line goes back to the tank from the pressure regulator. Someone a little more knowledgeable will chime in but I think I got it for the most part.
