They feel like the 42's I have. Definitely heavier than the stock one. Glad I got them. They should hold me over for quite a while. I'll have to change turbos before I'll have to switch them out.

Got bored earlier so I decided to work on mounting the intercooler. I didn't want to cut the bungs on top of the intercooler so I used a whole saw to cut into the bottom of the bumper support. Turned out perfect, nice and flush with the bumper support. Still need to drill through the middle but no big deal. No pics but so far so good. I plan on waking up early and finishing it. I'll be sure to post up some pics.

Finished up mounting the intercooler. Had a hard time getting through the three layers of steel but real sturdy and turned out pretty good in my opinion. I'll let you guys decide.
Just mounted

Fits perfect behind the bumper and doesn't cover it too much so flow should be good

Tell me what you think. Wanted to go for the sleeper look.

It fit perfectly back there. I was worried that it might stick out the bottom or the bumper would would cover it up too much. It fit the gap pretty well. Ready to finish the build. Less than a month it should be finished.

Thanks. I'm gonna try and finish up the piping soon. Cold side is done, hot side about 75%. Just need to see how it will mount up. Still need to fab the intake for the turbo. The more I do now, the less I'll have to deal with later.

Looks great! Don't forget to box the intercooler to make sure the air goes through it and not just get deflected.
