Hey guys so ive used a variety of Wax's. I like Meguiars Cleaner wax and Zymol. Any recommendations on what i should try anything you love? I was thinking about trying the Meguiars NXT new technology wax.

the NXT is more of a sealant that is labeled a wax.

the zymol you see in the auto parts stores (blue'ish, and smells good) is NOT "real" zymol, but rebadged turtle wax stuff....and im not impressed with any of the turtle wax lineup, even their "ice" stuff.

I use collonite insulator wax for winter months, and meguiars mirror glaze (the profesional line) during the summer months, with blackfire wet diamond as a sealant.

Turtle wax is garbage IMO. Anything they make.

Are you going straight wax no sealant? I'd recommend against that. If you must go straight wax I use AutoGlym HD wax. Kinda pricey but the slickness is unmatched. Used to be able to get it at WalMart.

I'd lay down sealant first though. That Blackfire Wet Diamond mentioned above is really good stuff. I use that in combination with AutoGlym products.

True Zymol

Stick with zymol if it is true zymol and not the zymol in a bottle and from walmart.
Get a clay bar
Zymol HD Cleanse
Zymol Titanium wax. Its around $80
It is a good entryto mid zymol wax. You wont be disappointed. It was developed for offroad cars and will last a while. Go to zymols webpage.

You apply it with your bare hand. Your car will love you for it. People will notice the rediculous shine.

Can anyone recommend a good all in one product for us lazier people that want to keep our cars looking nice(protected)? I used the turtle wax Ice and it looked great for about 3 days. Doesn't seem to hold up well, the bottle I have is from about 3 yrs ago, their newer Ice stuff is supposed to be 3X more durable.

All in one what? Polish, cleaner, sealant, wax? I don't think that exists...

If you want a one step, better-than-nothing, something then just do Megs NXT Tech Wax. You can get it at Target, WalMart, wherever pretty much.

PROTIP: If you do the tech wax, let it sit and dry on the surface anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a more durable finish. I've moved on to bigger and better things, but that's what I've heard from NXT users.

i've had real good results with the NXT 2.0--but then again it gets washed, waxed and detailed inside and out religiously once a week in the summer--
