I made it, no barfing, but I swear to god I will never do beets again. Gross.

About to make some tuna and pasta, I started getting hungry around 4:30, after having my juice at 11:30-12:30.

Few questions hardsvt (or anyone else) if you don't mind...(sorry)

Do you take any vitamins while juice fasting?
Do you work out/exercise during the juice fast? Brings me to my next question....
Do you drink any protein supplements after or during workout/exercise? Or do you add any protein to your juice concoctions?
I was reading that you don't have all the fiber needed to help...you know...get rid of stuff, so do you ever, or have you read anything about adding fiber to your juices, such as Benefiber?
Lastly....did you ever find yourself grabbing a Naked juice as a supplement to fresh juice while in a pinch?

Obviously I'm reading into this heavily and just bought a large Naked to give it a shot for now until I get rich and buy a fancy juicer.

What do you think of this? http://kansascity.craigslist.org/app/3039657129.html

[QUOTE=Mr.Bergner;4223862]Few questions hardsvt (or anyone else) if you don't mind...(sorry)

Do you take any vitamins while juice fasting? Yea b12 and multivitamin
Do you work out/exercise during the juice fast?
For the first month light walking and swimming
Do you drink any protein supplements after or during workout/exercise? now I eat a lot of fish before I drank a lot of spinach it has a crap ton of protein !
Fiber? It depend on the juicer you get! My omega still let a lot of pulp into the juice which had fiber!
I didn't have any problems with fiber at all! I was as regular as could be!!!!!
Lastly....did you ever find yourself grabbing a Naked juice as a supplement ? No the only juices I would buy where from jamba juice(mango orange juice blend) or carrot juice and on mix
Naked juices have a lot of sugar and preservatives!
As for the juicer! It's good I have the omega vert and my buddy has the one you are looking at! I would recommend the Vert it has a bigger shoot feed makers things faster and you don't have to juice into a small bowl!

Day time i use kayle, spinach, cucumbers, lemon, green apples.

Banana's, pinapple, strawberries are good together...

Yeah, that lasted.

Back to solids.

I had visitors come into town, so that prompted eating out/beers.

I may need to take a vacation and disappear with this.

We'll see what happens.

I just joined LA Fitness across from my condo. Wasn't bad per month, LOTS of stuff. Indoor heated lap pool, free fitness classes (like kickboxing, yoga, spinning, etc). Free personal trainer assistance and decent rates for personal service. Juice bar.

I use to think my $10 month was awesome for a gym in Texas, LOL. I now see luxury.
