You can do it! I was sick at looking at myself watching myself get bigger each day and couldn't take it! One thing I keep in my mind is that I'm doing this for me and no one else! And if I'm breaking my own goals what does that say about me! So I jumped in head first and grabbed the bull by his balls and said lets do this. impressive achievement, in my case problem is of contrary nature, working 2 jobs made me loose 45lb and I can't stop it, so if anyone knows some effective ways to gain weight, speak up! :) just keep it healthy, not like "eat breakfasts at McDnld"

Carbs starches and sugar will all make you gain weight, eat 3 big meals a day and don't work out! That's what I did
To tell you the truth I don't eat fast
Food I use to eat good food made fresh just too much of it!

Now 75% percent of my plate is
Veggies the other 25% fish egg whites all natural ceral nuts dried fruit u name it if it's healthy I'll try it!

Morning star bacon is awesome so is soychrizo from trader joes things that keep the cravings away and are super healthy!

really? i've heard soy products are not good for you..? i'm vegetarian and i use to eat a TON of Morning Star, Bocca, etc. and i felt like crap.. my doctor confirmed it wasn't good for you. since then i've eaten a lot less of it and feel better.

I ment healthier than other choices I don't eat soy products everyday maybe once a week
