This so weird...even just juicing....My weight will flucuate 8 to 10 pounds heavier morning to night.... Did you ever have a certain time you would weigh?

Morning is traditionally the best time--before any food.

I wouldn't worry too much about the swing, be glad the weight is off all together. Some fluctuation is good for you.

I haven't been strict on the juicing, but I did lose some weight.

I don't have a scale, so it's all eye-sight. My pants size 44 are extremely saggy and loose.

I'm 5'10, 325 at the moment. Hate it, but I can't afford a gym and the apartments "gym" should be considered a treadmill and TV. I just moved out to Huntsville from South, MS (where I gained a lot...) and have taken it upon myself to start dialing in my "diet". I try to eat fruit daily, veggies are a constant, and I only eat fish and chicken. The deepest fried food I eat is a taco salad or olive oil in a skillet to help not stick. I just do not eat fried food anymore.

I feel good, but it's extremely difficult to get motivated for physical activities without a partner or workout buddy. I kayak on weekends but not so much for burning calories as much as enjoyment. My diet is decent, at least it's a deficit, i'll worry about macros and crap like that later.

Glad to see this is here and people are talking. I'll be around.
