Yep Juice and a few almonds a day or couple tablespoons peanut butter for protein. Been walking a mile or so on my off days.

Juicing might work for others, but not for me.. I don't just want to lose weight but I want to build some muscle. I've lost 50 pounds so far by simply eating better in general (still allowing treats), running and lifting weights.

Eat right is tough for me.

I'm chomping on a bacon/egg in wheat tortilla burrito at this very moment.

City life sucks, too many good places to eat luring me in.

I am going to get a fruit juice today for lunch from the juice bar I found.

I just moved to a place where all of that stuff is accessible as well. You can do it once in awhile, just not every day unless your metabolism is super high.
You just need to get started, once you get into the mode you'll continue. You have to realize it's a lifestyle change and not just a temporary diet :)

Had a great check up with heart doctor today....Last time i was there my Blood Pressure was 152/98.......today it was 135/75....He was very happy!!! So was I
