Just had the same thing happen to me had an RS collections Grill shipped to me and picture they sent was in immaculate condition, when i received the grill it was packaged in a garbage bag with tissue paper around it. It also came from the UK, contacted the seller no response, contacted ebay opened a claim and what do you know the guy suddenly started responding to my emails. Seller offered partial refund for it never got it ... week later i escalated the claim with ebay and they automatically withdrew all funds from the seller and refunded me. All in all it was a horrible experience but in the end i got an RS collection grill in a salvageable state and my full money back.

Remember his S/N, I wouldn't do business with you, the guys runs a business, so waiting a week is nothing.

You got a salvageable grill, and all your money back, you should have explained to them, that it was only half broken and salvageable, and that you only want half the money back, since it was said to be new, and it isn't.
