Canibeat & Just Stance

Ordered $50 worth of goods from Canibeat back on April 22nd. Some stickers, a lanyard, and a shirt. Used paypal for the transaction. Still haven't received my package or even a shipment notification. Yesterday I posted a message on their Facebook wall about it. Today I get a shipment notification and a Facebook reply. "We've been really backed up. All shipments will go out today or tomorrow." Interesting it took a Facebook wall post to get some attention.

Bad service.

Total opposite of the spectrum I ordered a $10 license plate from from Just Stance last night and I get a shipment notification 3 hours later.

Great service.

TL; DR:
Canibeat - bad
Just Stance - good

Canibeat is always like that, that's just how they are, but you will get your stuff.

Maybe they're too busy sitting around smoking their namesake to get orders out promptly...

It could be worse. ihatestickers insisted they shipped out my order months back, but I never received it. It took 3 weeks for the damn thing to ship in the first place. They stopped responding to my emails when I asked what was up.

For the $10 it would have cost them to keep a customer, they didn't want to bother. So they will have none of my future business.

Ihatestickers is always super slow. It seems like they have all of like 3 or 5 people on staff to take care of all the orders.

My first one from there also took an FB post to get their butt in gear. When in doubt, post up in a public forum about the company!

I live about 20 minutes from ihatestickers and went there to pick up my order because shipping is unbelievably expensive and its just two guys who run the place so I could see how business is slow.

They're based in Rochester right? I don't see how shipping to NYC should ever be so slow. If they're getting so much demand that they can't handle it...hire people.

Otherwise they can't expect to keep business. Especially when their CS sucks a bag of dicks.

Yeah Webster, its right outside of Rochester. But even shipping to my house is terrible, but the stickers are great quality and I can't find any other sites who have that much variety so for now I'll have to stick with them.

Yeah, I've tried looking elsewhere and there's just nothing. Is offer to pick them up and send them myself to make it faster but I'm not even close to home till mid summer.
