Anyone know if the side mirror turn signals will be available? Didn't see that listed in the 2013 major product features list.
All 2013 Focus SE and Titaniums will have it standard. It is not available on the S.

Thanks for clearing-up the availability of the manual transmission. After rereading the order guide, I determined that you can shift your own gears with any of the trim packages.

Based on the Titanium price of 23,995, the SE with the appearance package shouldn't be more than $21k-$22k, otherwise Ford has it way overpriced.

Are you comparing sedan to sedan? I think they were looking for the hatch which would start at 19995 +795 destination/delivery in the U.S., but the price list should be out, and from what I've heard/ seen a loaded SE would more than likely cost more than a base titanium, they already had that overlap currently between the SE, SEL, and Ti in 2012, but at least the SEL allowed you to chose between cloth and leather as well as MFT vs MF but kept the dual zone automatic climate control, and the 3 year free subscription to sync services, where as the 2013 SE will cost the standard $180/3 years ($60/year) if you chose to enable it with myford, but is still included with mft.

2012 Ford Focus SEL Hatch RS300a with DCT and winter package MSRP $22,170, including the $795 destination and delivery charge.
2013 Ford Focus SE Hatch RS201a with DCT and winter package (minus Dual Zone automatic climate control and puddle lamps since the SE can't have dz-eatc without MFT)= MSRP of $24225

Ok so you get leather instead of cloth seats, but they are black leather, since stone is no longer available in anything other than the SE cloth pattern, and 17" wheels instead of 16" wheels, but you get the manual climate control, lose puddle lamps for the mirror and the other detail changes such as the removal of certain colors which were available this year vs. the next model year.

If it's a bi-directional system, then I'll definitely kick myself a little! Still frustrated that even though Ford sells both, the only thing you got when you selected Remote Start as an option when ordering a '12 was the unidirectional system.

None of Ford's factory installed systems are bi-directional.

You might be able to get that feature in one of their aftermarket accessories systems.

Here's a comparison for the nearest analogs to what they said they wanted initially (starting with a '12 SEL hatch with winter package only).

That excludes ordering MFT or the black package on top of the SE as those would just cost even more than today.

A simplified options menu for the dealer to order and sell from, but it ultimately costs the customer more for less by an even greater margin than in 2012 where it was possible already to load an SE to above SEL levels and an SEL above Ti levels if you went full hog on the options list.

I am sure an 2013 SE will be able to be optioned to price higher than a base Titanium. Most Ford trim lines this is the case.
