Well I tried the other fob tonight and the take over worked the car didn't stop when I opened the door. Then I tried the original fob and low and behold it works as well. The one touch windows still aren't working and the proximity unlock isn't working. Anyone else with these problems?

The one touch windows require you to reset the bounce back procedure which is listed in the manual, put the window fully down, release, then press the switch for 3 seconds, repeat on the way up, do this for each window and they should learn the limits.

The proximity thing I don't know since it should work and my plain old keys don't have the sensors for the proximity keys.

Thanks for the help. Windows all work one touch again. So many things to learn with this car. This forum is very valuable. Thanks again. Now just the proximity locks to figure out.

It senses the unlock command on the drivers door and allows it to keep running, if you reached through an open window and opened it without unlocking, it would shut off.

You will have to reprogram them, but I think someone solved that issue for you.

Yes those are the right parts, just make sure to get a harness for that relay to make your life easier.

Definitely would be a fair price, provided the installer Solders all the wires, And warranties their installation.

I have found lately that I have been having trouble with my proximity locks aswell, although I believe it has something more to to do with Ford, and not the Remote starter, as my back doors always sense my hand at the door and the front ones don't. Considering the remote start has been in the car for almost a year and the problem is only showing up now.

That's weird. I can hear the drivers door unlock, but it still kills it if I open the door. I never had to reprogram or have any issues with my one touch windows tho.

Do you have priority unlock on or off?

Hmm. Good question. I left everything default on the module. I don't know what priority unlock is tho. Do you mean do all of the doors unlock when my hand goes over the sensor on the drivers' door? If so, yes and I don't know how to change that. I can't find it in the manual. Thanks and happy New Year!

Never mind! I found that if I unlock the door by pressing the unlock button on the fob, instead of using the proximity key, it stays running!!

I've noticed on mine that if I turn Priority unlock on it wont shut down when I open the door and with it off (all doors unlock when I open drivers door) it will. To turn this feature on or off hold lock and unlock at the same time on your remote for 3 seconds I beleive and the lights will blink a few times on the car to confirm you changed the setting.
