Clutch (5m)
No idea wtf happened... Bought car 5-11, 7 miles. It now has 2167 around 150-200 miles ago I noticed my friction point is getting really freaking small. Is the computer capable of adjusting friction points to make the ride smoother or did I seriously low through a clutch in 2k miles lol?

There is no computer adjusting the clutch, although there are mechanical wear adjusters in the system. I'd check your brake fluid levels as the clutch master cylinder draws fluid from the brake system. Otherwise I'd say take it in to the dealer to have them check it out as 2000 miles seems way too early to be having clutch problems unless you'd slipped the heck out of it the whole time.

Ive had my 5spd for 30K miles and I have not really enjoyed the long engagement of the clutch/the small friction point at the top of the engagement...I do wish it were adjustable.

I like the small engagement at the topnof the pedal. It means I just flick the clutch to shift quick.
Sorry to hear about the possibility of the clutch going out already though. Maybe check with the dealer and have them inspect it? Even though a clutch is a wear item it shouldn't be going out in 2k miles. |

If the engagement were at the bottom of the pedal it would be a different story, pedal travel is just so darn long

I also hate how long the pedal travel is on this car... and the fact that you can't adjust it.

In all honesty, I think my throw out bearing is trashed. It started around 2k miles and I started noticing an annoying rattle with clut out while in neutral. But how would throw out bearing play a role in the friction point?
