Adding Beltline Chrome to Focus SE

I really like the way the chrome under the windows looks on the Titanium Focus, but I don't want the MyFord Touch so will probably buy an SE. Would it be easy to add this to an SE, or does it mean replacing all the window seals too?

It's a pretty involved swap. The quarter panel windows will have to be replaced as the trim is part of them, and swapping the doors' pieces will likely be time consuming. It's possible but it's not easy.

No problem. I remember one time a coworker had to replace one of those quarter windows on a '12. It was not fun.

Zippy, for every person that is interested in what you are doing there are probably at least 2 others looking to cover / rid themselves of theirs.....maybe a swap? You'd still have a lot of work to do.

To me it's really body color dependent, for example on my Tuxedo Black Ti it sticks out like a sore thumb rather than offering a design enhancement.

Yeah, I must be getting old. The next thing you know I'll want whitewall tires and a vinyl roof, haha.

Actually, there's a ruby red Titanium hatch with the handling package here in town and it looks great. The chrome belt-line really sets it off.

If you were in OH, we would be setting up some sort of swap. I will be covering mine with vinyl very soon.
