Hey jinstall can you post both pictures of your car? Interesting to hear your opinion since you own both.

Nice man, they both look great, can you tell me what suspension you are using for both? I'd like to hear your opinion on why one handles better too.

Race- Custom valved H&R coilovers, stock front sway bar, 3 way adjustable rear sway bar. Lowered about 4" front and 3.5" rear.

Great for the track, horrible for the street. Works well on the autobahn above 80mph. great feedback on wet track surface.

Stance- Ford Racing K&W V1 coilovers stock sway bars. Lowered about 3" fr 3.5" rear. Good for street driving and not too bad on the highway, sporty in the curves. Because of the camber needed to fit the wheels, the handling in curves at speed is about as good as stock or less. I did DC to FL and back in 4 days, was not bad. Suspension wise.

Thanks man for the info, Ive always wondered how much camber would affect a stance car on curves at high speeds but did not know it would be to that extent. I assume this affects wearing quite a bit, how long does a set of tires last on your stance car?

Of course too much camber affects tires, and at some point it will start to decrease grip too. You're definitely helping me decide not to lower my car. If lowering decreases my tire life to 10k miles- no way. I wasn't going to do it anyway. I've been personally looking for higher spring rates or a coil over system that will allow me to run stock height or just an inch lower. Sometimes I take my car off road.

Lowering will not do this. Using odd camber and toe will cause this. The race car goes through tired because I am ghost hard on them and they pretty much wear evenly. The stance car foes not.

You need to host them on a website like flickr or photobucket

And then copy the link with the .jpg at the end.

Click that button and post the link in there.
