Not especially, they just run fenders that allow for substantially more clearance.

Guaranteed Wobb's car is lower from stock than a rally focus is higher than stock.

My race car is about 1.5" lower than my stanced car, the race car is WAY better at handling than the stanced car. Funny thing is they both have the same tire size.

You sir have never been to a rally race and seen the different suspension setups that are required.

This is NOT lowered nor is it stock ride hight. WRC Greece is normally even higher than this.

I have never seen a stock Focus with 18" of wheel travel, and I have seen a lot of Foci since 1998.
