I have all the major stuff, it's down to rubber hoses and water lines now. With a lil wire splicing to do.

wow you got the engine out without removing the hood?

That would of been the first thing i would of done actually.

The damage looks to be only on the cat AFTER the header. Your cat looks better then the one on the Zetec

Are you going to use it? or will it not fit?

Since the zetec cat is damaged will it eventually break apart and blow the bits out into your mufflers?

You cannot reuse the same cat unless some welding/fab work is done. They are different

The exhaust is going to be redone. We just unbolted the old one and let it drop. I cut the exhaust off the zetec donor car just after the O2 sensor and we are going to cut and weld it in on my car. I have already considered replaceing the cat before we do the install cause we don't know how crushed the inside is.

Motor is in for now, just need to finish up the plumbing and some wiring. As-well as a few other odds in ends. It'll at least come back out one more time before it's done.

Here's the inside of the damaged cat. We are going to try to use the cat off the SPI just custom fit the two together.

If you need a stock cat, i have a couple laying here. But shipping would probably cost close to what a used header would run you.

I'll let you know but I really think the SPI one will fit. The rest will have to be cut and modded.
