Whoever said white pladtidip doesn't come clean.... These pics ere after two weeks of winter slush without a car wash. Cleaned the wheels by hand with black magic no touch wheel cleaner and a microfiber towel and then gave the car a car wash and they look like this.

Those little "fins" on the EVO are called a vortex generator to move air down the back to create downforce on the EVO which has a bit of an issue with front lift at speeds over 100mph and this was created for the EVO in a wind tunnel. The reason you don't see them on an STI or the like is they probably don't have the front lift issue.

On a Focus it would look a bit ricey since they really don't accomplish the same thing and IMO don't add to the looks one bit unless your trying to convey an image more than actually installing something functional.
