It's the zetec s rear valence. There isn't currently a sedan version but shade-010 is working on something

Wow. Tire fit is tight, I like it.

What's the size, width and offset of the white wheels? Are you using spacers?

I'll take a guess that the offset is +35.

EDIT: Curiosity got to me and I found your specs in a previous post...225/40/18 tires on 18x8.5 et40 tarmacs

There were some 18x8 et35 wheels on ebay I was tempted to buy. Glad I didn't. Would have poked too much.

Tow hook access port. It's a European thing. Their cars are required to have a tow hook mounting point front and back.

Yeah that would have just a liitle to much. And no spacers needed here :)

An 8" wheel with a +35 offset will sit father inboard than an 8.5" wheel with a +40 offset by around 1.4 mm...
