2013 Ford Focus RPM question

2013 Focus RPM issues
Just looking to get some comparable feedback on engine RPM. Today driving it felt like the engine was working harder higher RPM then usual and not shifting o another gear lowering RPM. Also typically when I lift off the accelerator I felt significant engine or transmission braking that I wasn't feeling today. Speed and RPM seemed to stay consistent. Running 50mph steady feather throttle running steady 1750RPM steady 60mph roughly 2250 RPM and 70mph steady 2500rpm with a 750rpm idle.

Thanks for everyone's time,
