I have this setup on my SVT, love it. I dont think Ford Racing makes thier setup anymore, but trubendz (aka: mandrel bent exhaust, as shown above) is very similar.

Is this the kind of resonator you are talking about?

I have the Borla, and plan on adding a resonator soon and calling it a day.

2.5 over 2.25 is a deal breaker for me, and as a brand I've always loved Borla better anyway.

Everyone says a res will eliminate my slight drone, and that's all I want. Might experiment with adding 2 small ones, we'll see how it goes.

Thanks everyone. I think we are definitely gonna go with the borla and maybe a resonator. My husband can't decide if he wants one yet or not.

I got a 30" glass pack welded before my Borla muffler today. It sounds much better to me. Quieter and less raspy, but no more popping on throttle lift-off. Still not as deep of a sound as I'd like. I'd go with Magnaflow if I were choosing a new exhaust

I have Borla headers and their cat-back exhaust and love the sound not ricey at all. imo. I'd go Borla every time.

I have stock header and cat and a Trubemdz 2.5 stainless catback with just muffler no resonator. I had an ORP but it was LOUD!
