In the mk3 forum. Just search the forums in here. Just take a plastic pry bar set and pry them out. Just take your time.

Hey if you take off your grill could you check to see if there's a tow hook attachment point behind the bumper cover?

Here's the thread that was wanting tow hook attachment points. Like the European models...
