Sirius Issues

When I got my car back from it's first oil change(a few weeks ago), I wanted to listen to some Sirius channels. I pushed the Sirius button and found out that all of the channels had reset to default. I didn't really think anything of it until yesterday. My fiance and I needed some liquid metal in our ears, so we hit the preset button we had set for it, only to find out everything after the first three presets reset themselves again. Is anyone else having these issues?

Has your system crashed? reset itself? Pulled the fuse? Did they update the system when it was in for the oil change?

To my knowledge, no. I didn't take it to the dealer and the second time, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Have you maybe hit the sirius button twice in a row? It actually saves 3 sets of favorites. Just keep hitting the sirius button to access them.

There's been times my "buttons" we're just gray - no words showing. They didn't reset though.
