what would be smart seeing as to how he would need seats to use as a template is to see how many people he can get interested in it then if he gets enough people wanting it he could pick up seats from a junkyard. make the covers test fit them and then send them all out at once. do a group buy on it, since he would need seats for test fitting he would need to make enough money to pay for the seats and his time and effort + material.
