Hahahah this is great, wait so they realized they were wrong, and went on a three way call to REFUND your money....what is the problem?
If a company did this for me I would be a customer FOR LIFE. Working in retail I can tell you mistakes happen and when you go out of your way to admit your mistake and fix it to make the customer happy, that is how you show someone your sorry and that you care. After doing all that and your still not happy well sir I think you are the problem and vendors should look out for your shenanigans.

Well as we all know FSWerks is an outstanding company from many, many good reviews. One bad review vs. thousands of positives means nothing to me. Add the fact the whole situation was taken care of by FSWerks, this thread is BOGUS in my mind!!

Sorry I just don't get it. I would have just waited until it came back in stock or asked for a refund. I honestly don't get why you had to do the three way call. I personally feel you over reacted, but at the same time I would know I would be disappointed myself.

I have bought from FSWerks twice now and everything turned out good.

Methinks that we have gotten so used to the hot and now ideal that our society has suffered immensely.

Breathe 3x's deeply. Then react.

I have to agree that the OP overreacted here, the part you had ordered was very well worth the wait. FSWerks, imo, has the best exhaust for our cars hands down! Any focus I ever own in the future will be getting an exhaust from these guys!

I've never bought from FSwerks but why badmouth F2? When i looked for exhaust for my 06, F2 was hands down the best priced. 2.5" SS piping, all bolt on and havent had any problems.

Ya fswerks IMO is a fantastic company... This maybe a bad experiance with them, but to outright assume bad business and lying to the OP and being pissed off. Is a bit much to believe when thousands will vouch for this company. simple mistake or not and not to mention how this company will bend over backwards to anwser a question, Let alone buying product. I will cont. To buy and reccomend FSWERKs.

they closed up shop from horrible business with people. Bought a BSD kit from them and the damn bolt that came with the kit was the wrong thread pitch, other people bought there header and it was hitting the alternator, the flex pipe that came with the same header would crack. The Mazda 3 guys had a whole lot of problems too. sooo yea I'm happy F2 is gone.
