In my opinion, FSWerks is an excellent small business that specializes in a small market. As it has been stated, I'm sure it was an innocent mistake and I feel like the OP had quite the "knee jerk" reaction.

Same here. Sounds like just a fluke. However, if this is your first time ordering from FSWerks, then I can understand the bad first impression. I'm big on first impressions when dealing with a company for the first time. As you can tell from the other posts, FSWerks is very reputable and good to deal with.

Stuff falls through the cracks, unfortunately. Problem is, it always winds-up hitting someone in the head.

I ordered my exhaust and 2 days later got a call from Dan or Vic don't remember but the message was they shipped out my exhaust and forgot some bolts in the box. They shipped those out to me in the mail and I had them in 3 days before the exhaust showed up. First time ever dealing with these guys but so far they did what they said.

done a few order from fswerks and havnt had a problem... they seem to be a stand up company... i know they moved shops not to long ago.. as for them saying it was in stock and then wasnt... it happens... it is a newer item and they are prob selling fast... sorry you had a bad experience but i wouldnt stop ordering from them.... they have made modding focus a real thing... cant wait to see new products

I am sure you weren't the only one that asked if it was in stock and ordered it jeez when they make things on site back ordering can happen hmmm...never had an issue with FsWerks and this won't deter me from doing business with them. you got your money back so stop whining.
