The Mundane Adventures of a 2012 SG SEL HB

Yo, so I got my Focus about 2 1/2 weeks ago after my 2003 Kia Optima (which gave me 10 years of near flaw less service) needed replaced. I have a 2004 Freestar SEL in Matador Red (who gets paid to come up with these color names?). So here's some pictures, only "mod" so far is removing the dealer sticker.

A Fall Pic

A Mock up of some stripes I would like to apply

I like the stripes concept, I'd just widen the wider one another inch or two, and adjust how straight you're going with it.

My '10 Mustang is the same color. I have two black stripes w/ a small red pin strip on each side going down the center from bumper to bumper. Looks great in sunlight! If you're going with the stripes, I'd say do black w/ black.

I'm def leaning towards black stripes, maybe blue if it's the right shade, yeah the line widths would be different, I just grabbed some painters tape to see what it would look like

Taurus > Focus.

I went to a dealership to kick tires once and had a sales man try to tell me that I could afford the used SHO on the lot. I make 12.60 an hour working 24 hours a week. Some how I do not believe his math was right, my payments were like 879$ a month with my calculations. I did not refuse the free test drive though.

Yeah I can't afford a SHO either, but I sure wish I could!

I've seen Sonic's car, and he took my stripe color!!!! lol, i might still do green, we'll see when it warms up here in WI, everything is just on hold waiting for warmer than 20 degree on a good day weather
