I'm working on getting the cost down right now. I still have to get a new plasma cutter as well.

Okay cool! I'd be interested in no access panel/hole for oil too. I feel like it'd be much easier to get it off with the entire panel removed.

The rear does not increase noise. It's made so air doesn't get trapped in the rear bumper.

I haven't been running it since I put the FSwerks on. It changes sides of the exit. I will be making one for the FSwerks though.

On an unrelated note: I'm not sure I'm sold on the stealth exhaust. The power would be nice, but keeping it close to stock sound is a bigger priority for me.
How long have you had your exhaust installed? I saw that thread recently discussing the increase in noise after a year or so of it "wearing in."

Any signs of that?

I have had in installed for almost a year. It has gotten louder. I'm fine with the noise. If you want a quiet exhaust setup you will have to go custom. That way you can add resonators and mufflers until you get the sound you want.
