yes the car is tuned ive done a 145 at 16 psi , sittin at 1450 egt no hiccups (that m3 was piiiiisssed btw ) just these idling problems and taking off slow
i asked you guys what the best way to post a video is ,but from what i can see parts are as follows:

16 v zetec
stock intake
stock tb
stock pcv system i believe looks nothing special
recirculation syle turbonetics stage 3 turbo (it says stg 3 on the exhaust housing so i assumed)
delta waste gate (turbonetics)
pro-m or pro flow maf has a calibration code on it
k&n filter
hks intercooler medium sized
msd coil pack
focus sport spark plug wires
motorcraft copper core plugs .045
hkc sqv bov
g-reddy ebc
g-reddy full auto timer
log style manifold its obx or somethin you guys prolly know
2inch compressor to intercooler piping,and 2.5 i/c to t/b
focus sport stealth exhaust with removed resonator
vr rear tranny mount
autologic 4 tune chip ( i use the first one ,which from what ive read is all disconnected ,2nd one is ecu shutoff ,3rd? 4th?
lime green injectors i assume bosch 42lb
aftermarket fuel rail
esslinger underdrive crank pulley
three guage pod /boost,oil,egt

i never throw any codes ,and yesterday when i was rechecking all the piping couplers ,found i hadnt tightened one of them to spec so it was leaking boost ,this mornin so far so good havent had any troubles with it so hopefully it was a bad tps ,and i have never gotten detonation or any knock really just at idle when the car finally slows down it does have alot of valve noise but i think it has aftermarket cams in it, any info you guys can give me back would be great such as future upgrades ,and i already know about the wideband should be here in a day ,and the sct xcal 3 is my next investment but anything i should get before i spend the 600 on a tuner and three tunes ?

^^ three tunes? get it from Tom and get free tunes for life and will review data log and help in these exact problems....

Not to sound like it might sound... but do you know whats done to your car? also 42lb injectors? at 14 psi... the power you are putting down you may want to look at some 60lb injectors...

Sounds like some of your kit could be Tom's (Focus Power) stage 1 kit but its really hard to say. Honestly if you could find anyone with a SCT tuner and get a idle datalog and WOT datalog sent to Tom he can probably recommend a course of action for you.

Hell if you bought the car for cheap and couldn't verify the tune or parts correctly the $600 with free updates and SCT device sounds like cheap insurance instead of replacing the engine. I wouldn't have even touched the boost without knowing it was tuned right.....but that's just me.

As for videos...I use youtube. Upload the video and then post the direct link in your post with the special Youtube tags in the "advanced" reply composer (click "go advanced" under the quick reply section at the bottom)

The only reason I mention Toms stage 1 kit is doing a quick google search on "autologic 4 tune chip" (which I never heard of) linked me to his site:

Quote:
Our new kit uses a New Turbonetics T3 turbo.
Stainless Steel Manifold; which may be why yours is shiny; definitively not OBX then
Piping
Oil pan w/welded bung
Hoses & Clamps
Oil lines & Fittings
Edited Price Out

Customer will have to choose their own tuning. NO tuning comes with this kit at the Edited Price out price, as well as no intercooler... but with only 8 -> 10 psi none is needed. The STG1 kit still comes with a lifetime warranty on all built parts and a 1 year unconditional warranty on the turbo.

Tuning options:
Autologic 4 setting
Diablo/Chipmaster 2 setting
SCT self tuner
Like I said, it seems Tom could be your man to really get your car running well. If your setup is legit and the tune needs tweaked it would be worth it to get the SCT Xcal and tune.

Good call on purchasing the wideband right away....you will really be able to see what the car is doing (and its required by Tom to remote tune your car)
