12V cig lighter not working

In my 2009 focus SE the right 12V cig lighter is no longer getting power z
I can't seem to find out which fuse that would be to replace. Aslo wear do you buy replacement fuses and how do should I know which one to buy? Thanks!

I looked through my owners manual and it is a 20 Amp fuse. They are both located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. They are located just to the left of the fuse puller tool and near the top on the same side as the fuse puller tool. If it is the fuse, you can buy them at any auto parts store they are quite common.
