STS offers universal kits and ive been looking into their kits for a few years now, i was going to do one on my sport trac but it got totaled in a wreck....

Uh, isn't the DCT only rated for 180 lb-ft? Not gonna be much of a turbo to stay within that range.

Their design and the price of the kit never worked as well as others...guys that had them that tried to sell them could not give them away!

It is at least 250, the euro diesel focus is 251 ft/lbs on the DCT.

not to mention we are going to be able to hit 180 with no turbo

I would think that the clutches will start slipping well before the gears start losing teeth. Wouldn't the power rating for this trans be more a power cut off based on clutch slippage?

I wouldn't be surprised that by the time a tested and complete turbo kit hits the market (from someone reputable) we have upgraded clutches available to handle added power.

The MTX-75 having a dual mass flywheel is going to give some limitations as well.

That's the wet clutch version. Our dry clutch version is rated much lower.
