Drum to Disc Brake Conversion

I'm sure the answer to this is floating around here somewhere, but I'm on Tapatalk and don't really have time to search for it.. So. I have a 2007 SE sedan and it's about to go through some major changes one being the rear brakes. I currently have drum brakes and would like to convert them to disc brakes. I'm basically taking my non ST and am going to make it a ST.

So, my questions:
1. How hard is this conversion?
2. What all do I need?

Thank you in advance!

1. Took me an afternoon to do it. Most of it is pretty straight forward. Use this guide from Ford Racing, read through it and see if its something you'd be comfortable doing. You will need a torque wrench that goes up to 175 ft/lbs for that rear hub

2. Everything here with the addition of the parking brake line and then brake lines (go with braided lines.) The parts are listed in that guide as well, just ignore the dirctions for the front brakes. (you can do the SVT fronts and source everything at the parts store; need calipers (with bracket)/rotors/pads..easier than rears, agian swap out to braided lines)

the hardest part is just getting the parts for the rear...if you are interested, start collecting parts and hitting up the junk yards. Look for SVT/ST or the rare focus with advance trak rear discs.
