Thanks for the response, glad to hear it is a snug fit but not something that would be overly difficult to install. yeah, I hate those damn star bolts to get the MAF sensor out. Gave me a headache on my last car lol

The Steeda kit is pricier than the others (FSWerks, injen) but it seems to be more complete. The custom MAF housing and better heat shielding make this kit superior, IMO.

I have steeda parts on my Shelby and have spent many hours talking with them back in the day when I got my car and they truly to a ton of R&D. I can't speak for the gains with their Intake and it seems a little high, and until someone else does the dyno we will never know for sure. What I do see in the pictures and have experienced from steeda is great quality products. I am sure there is some performance gains and truly no matter what the brand they are do the same thing so I would be shocked if any company could make one that gives huge power gains over another company. In the mustang world (since that is where I have most my knowledge from) what makes the most power is the company offering a bigger MAF and the tune. Everyone makes some type of tube and puts a big filter at the end of it but the tune is what wakes up the stangs so guessing a tune will wake these cars up as much as you can a 2.0 liter. No matter what bolt ons we go with (unless turbo or the like) we won't be chasing down WRX's, ST focus, etc. Just is not going to happen with exhaust and intake and tune. With that said it would still be nice to get these cars to the 180hp mark if possible. For me a little more performance a little better gas mileage is all I hope to get from mine and I will be happy.

After looking over all the brands out there I am going to get the Steeda. Just got the exhaust yesterday and going to order the Steeda at the end of the month.
