We have a 2007 Ford Focus S 5-speed manual for sale. First of all, this car is awesome! We do not want to let it go, but we are cutting debt and living expenses, so it has to go. We rarely drive it anymore - only driven on weekends to get groceries. It is a super economical car. Hypermiling, I get 40 mpg in the city. EPA ratings are 24 city / 33 hwy. The 2.0 L engine can also get up and go if you want it to. Mileage is low at under 44,000, so this thing still drives like new! Brand new battery (purchased 2/25/2012) w/ 8 year warranty Brand new silicon wiper blades (Silblade brand) that last YEARS instead of months. Something you can REALLY appreciate living around here! Oil currently used is AMSOIL Full Synthetic, which is 25,000 mile oil. However, I would change at 10,000 just to be sure. That's when I change synthetic oil (even when manufacturers suggest higher). Change was done 2,500 miles ago. Air filter is the factory "Lifetime" filter. Ford calls it a "lifetime" filter because it needs changed only ever 100,000 miles. Windows are tinted, so you can bet you'll stay nice and cool even when the sun is out. If you don't think so, the A/C blows cold (did great in our 105 degree summer last year in Idaho). Car does need tires, so we have shaved a little off the asking price. I recommend Kumho HM KR-22 tires, as a full set can be had for under $400, come with a 100,000 mile warranty, and are Low Rolling Resistance, so you will see higher fuel economy from them. Title is held by a credit union in Idaho (lien holder), and is a rebuilt title. Basically, the previous owner was rear-ended and forced into the vehicle in front of them. No airbags were deployed or any structural damage suffered. Drives like a beauty.

If it has manual roll up windows, it's an 'S'. Cruise is optional on SE's, even the 2012's.
The trunk lid is missing the Focus and SE nameplate badges, too, likely from when it was repaired. |
